Reliable RV available for Burning Man this year. Our RV has been out there 6 times and always does great. And it's 100% off grid ready! Comes with powerful solar panels and a reliable generator that will keep the coach and engine batteries fully charged off the grid for weeks. Generator use is required to run the air conditioner or power any other 110v equipment you bring. Please see generator usage policy for more. Additional free Burning Man amenities include: - Mylar reflective window coverings to keep the RV cooler - Cushion / couch covers to prevent spills and damage - Eight 5 gallon water jugs providing an additional 40 gallons of water to the build in 20 gallon tank - Bike rack capable of carrying 4 bikes. Includes tire pump. - RV Tire pressure monitor system to prevent blow outs and keep you safe - Outdoor camping chairs More about our RV: This is a beautiful 31ft Jayco Greyhawk in top condition and meticulously maintained. We take excellent care of this rig and it shows! Comfortably sleeps 4 adults with additional space for kids on the sofa bed. Standard items included at no additional cost: Kitchen: - 8 Cubic foot refrigerator and freezer - 3 burner stove and gas oven - Large microwave (requires AC or generator) - 4 slot toaster - Full dining set, plates, utensils, cooking ware, spill proof travel mugs, gourmet cooking spices, pots, pans, etc. Sleeping and Bath - Comfy queen rear bed with 2" memory foam topper. - Extra long queen over the cab bed - Pillows, blankets, bedding and sheets provided - Full towel set for 4 people (1 bath towel, hand and personal towel per set) - Convertible couch / table beds for kids - First aid kit and basic set of over the counter pain medications Exterior - Easy to drive Ford E450 chassis - Large 20 gallon fresh water, 40 gallon grey, 37 gallon black tanks - 50 gallon fuel tank Electrical / Battery System - Generator to power Air Conditioner and other AC systems - 200AH Long lasting Battle Born Lithium Ion Battery - Solar Panels to recharge coach and engine batteries Extras Included at no charge - Camp chairs for adults and kids - Family games including: Uno, 7-in-1 game set (Dominoes, Chess, Checkers, Cribbage, Backgammon, Playing Cards, Dice), Othello BURNING MAN SPECIFIC TERMS AND REQUIREMENTS: Qualifiers: - You *must* be an experienced RV-er AND an experienced Burner to rent our RV. This dramatically reduces the amount of problems for both parties. - RV Share Insurance will not cover damage done to the inside of the RV. For these items, you must pay out of pocket! Talk with RVS insurance for more details. - You must meet all RVS requirements before the rental. This includes any payments, deposits, background checks, etc. Failure to do so may result in the cancelation of the reservation at the owners discursion. - WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY OF THE SYSTEMS WILL WORK ON THE PLAYA. Burning Man is a harsh environment. As such, "things just happen" that can disable anything on the RV that normally work fine such as water tanks and pumps, air conditioner, refrigerator, generator, and septic systems, with no opportunity for repair. This is just the nature of BM. You are renting the RV 100% at your own risk. Refunds will not be provided for damage caused on or by playa, nature, "act of deities", fellow participants, etc. That all said, we have taken it out to the playa and other places since 2017 and never had a major problem. But again...no guarantees the RV systems will perform normally while at BM. Systems that break down are not a reason for a refund. COSTS: - Rates: The nightly rental rate is negotiable depending on the number of nights wanted. 10 day minimum. More days available upon request. Discounts for more than 10 days to be negotiated. Usually we give a few days for free for longer rentals. [Required] - $2500 partially refundable cleaning fee. Refund will depend on the condition returned. [Required] - $5000 refundable security deposit. Renter will get a full refund minus any damage. [Required] - $2500 pick up / delivery fee in Reno - otherwise, pickup is in Oakland, CA area [Optional]
