PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION IF YOU’RE CAMPING IN THE VALLEY IN SUMMER. Plenty of sleeping for the whole family with a front bedroom with a queen. A rear bedroom with 3 twin beds and a queen bed . Perfect for 2 couples because you both have your own bedroom. A living room with a couch that folds into a twin. Front queen and 3 back bedroom beds all come with memory foam toppers. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, big sink and a fridge/freezer. Outdoor awning with LED light. Outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge and flat grill. . 1 AC unit. Choose to pick it up and tow it yourself or have me drop it off and set it up for you for a fee. Many busy people or retired couples love the outdoors but don’t want to deal with setting up or packing up camp, so allow me to do it for you. Get out there and enjoy the outdoors in this brand new travel trailer. If trailer is being delivered it will be set up and keys will be on the mantle ready for you to enjoy. Everything will be hooked up, fridge will be on and hot water heater turned on. Pick up time is 3:00 pm Drop off time is 12:00 pm Delivery times vary Will deliver up to 50miles from Merced for a set delivery charge. If you book and it’s over the 50 miles unfortunately your booking will be canceled. Sorry for the inconvenience. HOOK UP SITES WITH POWER ONLY. NO GENERATORS. SITES MUSR BE SEMI LEVEL. You are responsible for knowing the park requirements for maximum trailer length. Sites must have at least 30 amp power. May be responsible for new batteries if they get drained all the way by dry camping without power. NOTE: Unit has 1 AC because most campgrounds only have 30 amp power. Please take into consideration that if it’s 90-100 degrees outside the travel trailers AC doesn’t work as good in direct heat and will run non stop. Please keep in mind this is camping and not a hotel. Conditions vary. Power at campsites fluctuate or are weaker at the end of the line. Camping spots may not always be wide enough. We will do our best to accommodate you with the circumstances and sites you are given. ABSOLUTELY NO WIPES ALLOWED. Rv toilet paper only. No pets allowed.
