Parking for one car at pick up / drop off location during duration of your rental. 40 minutes from both San Jose and Monterey airports. Drop off and pick up also available. INTERIOR - Clean, modern style interior. Water heater, dual furnace, cherry wood grain, water pump w filtration system, dual solar roof, A/C. DRIVER CONVENIENCE - The cockpit wraps around you with its ergonomic design. Every control is at your disposal. Radio, CD player, bluetooth audio, computer workstation, cruise control, dash fans, driver & front passenger leather seats, and surround sound. GALLEY - The wood look laminate flooring and brushed nickel hardware provide that decorators touch. Kitchen essentials such as Microwave, 3 burner stove, refrigerator, oven, stainless steel sink, skylight. Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, glassware. Pod coffee maker and toaster. LIVING ROOM - Spa interior with spacious seating and large picture window. 32" flat-screen smart tv, hdmi hook ups with adapters provided, surround sound audio, dinette, sleeper sofa. BEDROOM SUITE - Feels as good as it looks. Queen pillow top mattress, 20" flat-screen TV, pleated shades. Fully stocked with all linens and pillows for both beds. Large 2 person closet including 6 storage drawers. BATHROOM - Is a cut above the rest. Moen faucet, toilet, medicine cabinet, oversized mirror, large molded shower, skylight. Fully stocked with towels. EXTERIOR - A nice place to sit, relax, socialize or cook. Power awning makes shade easy. Quick access to locking storage bins. Comes with small picnic table with benches, 2 foldable camping chairs with side tables and large outdoor mat. RV can connect up to 50 amps. Power adapters are provided for 30 (most campsites) and 20 amp as well. No pets. No festivals including Burning Man, sorry! New tires, new house and starter batteries, new starter, generator and engine just fully serviced and oil changed. She runs like a dream! Not included - shower soap, shampoo and conditioner, and beach towels.
