Silverware, Pots, Pans, dishes, cups, mugs, s'mores sticks *Cleaning supplies are also included - Please keep it as clean as you got it within reason of course. Or There is a $100 cleaning fee. * Keurig Coffee Maker 2 full propane tanks Bike Rack - Holds 4 Bikes Super cold A/C, Quiet heater, Bunk Beds, 1 Full size pull out couch sleeps 2 Large 15' Slide out Power Retractable Awning with LED lights Outdoor Speakers 20x20 Outdoor Patio Rug to keep your campsite nice and clean Put the kids outside under the stars. I have a Tent & sleeping bags that are also available for use for free. I like to do a 30 min orientation before handing over the keys, so please allow for that time on pickup day. Pick up Time is Flexible Drop Off Time is 5:00pm on return date. Unless arrangements have been made for a late return. **Cleaning supplies are included *** (Sponge, dish soap, hand soap, Clorox wipes, toilet paper) **Trailer is regularly maintained with Brakes, Tires & Axle Bearings** **If you are towing, Renter must have a vehicle that meets proper weight requirements to properly tow this trailer and also must have a brake controller.** **This trailer is 1/2 ton pick up towable. It has been towed with a Toyota Tundra, GMC Yukon & Ford150. (I will provide a weight distribution Hitch)** Weight limits are listed below. Dry Weight 5,490 lbs. Payload Capacity 2,110 lbs.
