Begin creating the memories of a lifetime today!! Our trailer provides an open, spacious floor plan. There is one a large slide out in the main living area, and another wardrobe slide in the master. It can sleep a family of 10 comfortably: -full size queen bed in the private master bedroom with extra wide privacy door -two double bunk beds -leather sofa that tri-folds out to a double bed -kitchen dinette which also converts into a double bed. There is a complete entertainment system in the living area with a 32" LED TV with cable hook-up inside, DVD, inside/outside sound system, and blue-tooth connectivity so you can instantly pair your device and stream wireless. There is a 21" screen in the master bedroom. Our trailer also has an electric push button 21ft awning with LED lights and an outdoor kitchen gas stove with fridge so you can enjoy the great outdoors in complete comfort! If you are looking to camp in the winter not a problem as it comes equipped with 2 large propane tanks and ducted heating system. Our aim is to deliver comfort and convenience... helping you to create fond memories for your family! Many kitchen utensils & cooking necessities are included with your rental such as a toaster, can opener, bottle opener, tongs, spatulas, knives, serving spoons, cooking pans, serving bowls, dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, paper plates, paper napkins, and disposable forks/spoons/knives, etc. Also, this particular model has more than enough storage space! ~~RED CARPET VIP PACKAGE~~ If total relaxation is your goal, and you are not interested in towing or setting up the trailer, we can do that for you!! Our VIP transport service only requires you to show up at your desired destination, kick back, relax, and fire up the grill! VIP PACKAGE COST: Transportation fee - $1.25 per mile, round trip. Set up fee - $150.00 (set up, break down and empty tanks) If you prefer to tow the trailer but, are not sure what your vehicle tow capacity is then we recommend calling your local car make dealership and providing them your VIN # and they will be able to assist you with that information. TRAILER SPECS: Dry weight (nothing in It): 6646 lbs Hitch weight/tongue weight: 804 lbs Max weight trailer can hold fully loaded: 8804 lbs We ask that you kindly return our trailer in same condition as pick-up.
