NO burning man. Meet our 2017 Thor Winds- our newest addition to our fleet! This beautifully maintained Class C motorhome is designed for easy driving and even easier living! Whether you're chasing mountain views, beach breezes, or cozy campfire nights, this RV delivers all of the comfort of home in your favorite locations! Other Features: -queen bed with slide-out -convertible dinette -jackknife sofa bed -overhead bunk for two people -three burner stove -microwave -double sink -ample cabinet and pantry storage -spacious private bathroom -refrigerator (propane or electric) -40" LED TV -13,500 BTU AC -onboard 4000W generator *pickup time is flexible depending on availability* Fully stocked: linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dishware, pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, cutlery, cutting board, and RV safe toilet paper *linens provided for 3-day minimum rentals* Don't want to deal with the stress of setting up? We happily offer delivery AND setup! All you have to do is show up and enjoy your getaway! Please inquire with the dates/time so we can coordinate appropriately. Pets allowed on approval. We are very pet friendly and do not charge a pet fee, however if there is pet hair left behind an additional 100$ fee will be applied to the standard cleaning fee as this takes a very long time to clean. Required on return: -grey/black tank emptied (100$ charge if not brought back empty) -propane tank/fuel tank filled to pick-up level (10$/gallon for us to re-fill) -cleaned prior to return (250$ cleaning fee will apply if brought back dirty) -no smoking (1000$ fee and forfeiture of security deposit if smoke residue found) -no burning man (20,000$ fee plus nightly rate if taken to burning man) *Music festivals are allowed where there is no mud. If jacks get stuck in the mud renters are responsible for all associated costs to remove them* All RVs are equipped with GPS tracking for security purposes. Please note if dropped off past 11am, there will be a one-day charge. *All reservations require a signed SRA (supplemental rental agreement) prior to departure* Feel free to message me prior to booking with any questions you might have!
