Welcome to our family's 2021 Bunk House trailer. We love exploring the great outdoors with this trailer and know you will, too! Our 1/2 ton towable trailer is loaded with family-friendly features and will be perfect for your next getaway. Our 2021 JayCo Jay Feather 27BHB Includes: -- Private master bedroom with queen bed and upgraded mattress -- Large slide out with dinette that converts to a bed -- 2 recliners with heating and massage options -- 2 Full-sized bunk beds -- Large, electric, & adjustable outdoor awning -- Outdoor kitchen (refrigerator & propane cooktop) -- Outdoor shower -- Step-in indoor shower -- Indoor & outdoor entrance to bathroom -- Large 40' TV INCLUDED with your rental : -- Complete bedding for up to 6 guests -- Camp chairs & outdoor table -- Blow-dryer -- Electric air pump -- Basic kitchen supplies (e.g., pots & pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, cutting board, etc.) -- Flatware, plates, cups, and mugs for 6 guests -- Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods included, 2 pods per day) -- Kitchen towels, pot holders, and trivets -- Starter set of RV toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and cleaning supplies -- Wondering about any unlisted items? Just ask! If you're interested in dry camping, this trailer has a large capacity 48-gallon fresh water tank, two grey water tanks totaling 60 gals, and a 30-gallon black water tank. Combine these great features with a generator (more info below!) and you can enjoy dry camping for quite some time. Generator will NOT run the AC. Only used for powering trailer and recharging batteries. ---------------------------------- IMPORTANT & HELPFUL INFO: 1. Not available for Burning Man 2. Pick up/drop off times are flexible, just let us know what you prefer and we can make it work. 3. Up to 125lb weight capacity) --Generator Rental: $30/night (includes 5 gallons of gas & is required to run the air conditioner and any other electric components, if not plugged into electricity) --Waste Disposal: $75 (let us take care of emptying the waste for you!) 4.
