NO DIESEL pls. ✅ Close all 3 Roof Vents while driving. ✅ The campground power supply or a generator is REQUIRED to run the stove for more than a few hours. ✅ Pets Allowed (I have 2 dogs and I understand they are part of a family, but please inform us beforehand because there is a minimal charge for taking pets along. Also, please ensure that there is no smell in the RV upon return or we will have to add a pet cleaning fee. ) ✅ Early Pick-Ups can be arranged for an additional fee ✅ Late Returns can be arranged for an additional fee. If the RV is returned later than the agreed time during booking, there is a late return fee.) ✅ Music festivals and tailgating ARE Allowed (Please inform while booking as there is an Extra Fee + Bigger Deposit) ✅ Check the Generator for Every 6 Hours of Usage (will show you what needs to be done when I deliver the RV) ❎ No Driving in Snow ❎ No Smoking Inside the RV (hefty cleaning fee if the odor is present inside RV) ❎ No Tow Hitching (Bike Rack is Allowed. The bumper receiver will be locked. So Please mention at the time of booking if you want to use it ) ❎ No Traveling Outside the Country ❎ Don't keep windows or doors open when using AC and Generator ❎ Turn off the Propane and Refrigerator when Putting Gas in the RV ✹ TO-DO CHECKLIST while returning back the RV✹ We hope you enjoy the RV living and return the RV in the same condition. Below are some of the tasks to take care of. ✅ Sewage needs to be completely emptied ✅ Propane tank needs to be filled back to same level ✅ Gas to be filled back to same level ✅ The vehicle needs to be cleaned upon return 1. Gas tank & Propane tank- Please return with the same level of the gas/propane tank or a 49$ admin fee will be added and the receipt will be shared for whatever fuel/propane is added to bring back to the same level. 2. Cleaning Fee- Please return the RV in the same condition or there is a 100$ cleaning fee. 3. Sewage empty - Please empty the sewage tanks completely or there is a 69$ admin fee. Addresses for completing the above tasks. (Please call them or google online for their working hours) 1. Propane tank refill- Uhaul is located at 4833 Thornton Ave, Fremont, CA 94536. They refill the propane for you and you don't have to worry about refilling it yourself. 2. Empty Sewage tanks and refill freshwater- Garden City RV park at 1309 Old Oakland Rd, San Jose, CA 95112 The pickup and drop-off location is the parking lot of a gas station (0.5 miles away from my house) it becomes easy for you to fill up with gas at end of the trip. Please return RV on time as there is a late fee for every hour late associated to it
