Strictly NO burning man! Hit the road in style with this beautifully maintained 32ft motorhome perfect for family getaways! With sleeping space for up to 8, this RV combines comfort, convenience, and high-end amenities to make every mile memorable! Other features: -Queen bed, convertible dinette, sleeper sofa, and drop-down bunk -2 Slide-outs -3 burner stove, oven, microwave, double sink, and a residential-size refrigerator -private master bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe storage, and LED TV -spacious bathroom with a full-size shower, vanity, and toilet -3 LED TVs including an outdoor entertainment center -power awning -automatic leveling jacks Fully stocked: linens, pillows, blankets, towels, dishware, pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, cutlery, cutting board, Keurig/coffee pods, and RV safe toilet paper *linens provided for 3 day minimum rentals* Don't want to deal with the stress of setting up? We happily offer delivery AND setup. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your getaway! Please inquire with the dates so we can coordinate appropriately Pets allowed on approval. We are very pet friendly and do not charge a pet fee, however if there is pet hair left behind an additional 100$ fee will be applied to the standard cleaning fee as this takes a very long time to clean. Required upon return: -grey/black tanks emptied (100$ charge if not brought back empty) -propane tank/fuel tank filled to pick-up level (10$/gallon for us to re-fill) -cleaned prior to return (250$ cleaning fee applied if returned dirty) -no smoking (1000$ fee plus loss of security deposit if smoke residue found) -no burning man (20,000$ fee plus nightly rate if taken to burning man without permission) *Music festivals are allowed where there is no mud. If jacks get stuck in the mud renters are responsible for all associated costs to remove them* All RVs are equipped with GPS tracking for security purposes. Please note if dropped off past 11am, there will be a one-day charge. *All reservations require a signed SRA (supplemental rental agreement) prior to departure* Feel free to message me prior to booking with any questions you might have!
