We are a Northern California family, born and raised. We have a love for the outdoors and camp as often as life allows. My wife and I grew up tent camping, and are loving being able to make memories trailer camping with our two young kids. We love to camp anywhere, but the coast is where we love to be the best. Having friends and family along on the journey is even better. Hopefully you can make some lifelong memories with our trailer as well! Our trailer sleeps up to 8 people(but closer to 6 comfortably) and features one set of double size bunk beds (great for kids), a queen sized bed in master area with a memory foam topper, and a U-shaped dinette that converts into a bed. Our trailer has an outside grill and fridge, and an outside spray hose to rinse off the kids before giving them a bath or getting them in bed. There is an electric 20’ awning with a wonderful LED light strip to light up your area at night as well as an exterior speaker. Other upgrades include 2 large 6 volt batteries for longer battery life, Apple Lightning to HDMI adapter for TV (allows videos or streaming services to be played from your Apple device to the LED TV) a inverter that allows the TV to run on just battery power. Comes with most needed kitchen equipment. AC and heater keep the interior comfortable regardless of the weather. (AC only operates while on generator power or if at a site with electrical hookups) The trailer has a slide-out on the left side that gives you ample interior space. The trailer has 40 gallons of fresh water capacity (can be pre-filled for an additional cost), 30 gallon black tank capacity, 30 gallon gray tank, and two 4.5 gallon propane tanks (40 pound capacity). Propane tanks will be full upon trailer pick up, and propane that is used will be deducted from the deposit. Beds will only come with a fitted sheet on them. Please provide your own blankets and pillows. 1 full roll of RV safe toilet paper is provided in the rental. Please have a category 4 or higher hitch receiver. I will provide the 2-5/16" hitch ball and anti-sway kit when applicable. Pets are allowed but an additional $250 refundable deposit will be taken. There will be a minimum $50 cleaning fee if the trailer is not brought back in the condition it was given ***ABSOLUTLY No Burning Man or Festivals*** [if trailer is suspected of attending one. At a minimum the full damage deposit will be collected] I will be available by phone if you need help with the trailer while you are on your trip.
