All the bells and whistles you'd expect from a newer rig. Comes with an electric awning, outdoor speakers, fully outfitted with silverware, cups (4) plates(4) bowls (4) Glasses (8) Keurig(1), air popcorn maker (1) pots and pans, frying pan, spatulas, corkscrew, serving spoons. salad bows., collapsible trash can. The only thing you need to bring is sleeping bags or sheets for two fulls and a queen bed and blankets for the same, pillows, towels, and personal stuff. chairs, soap, toiletries, movies, music, wood, lighter fluid, food, and beverages. We provide an outdoor rug, some marshmallow sticks, and various camping tools you might need. WE DO NOT PROVIDE OUTDOOR CHAIRS. Our delivery package consists of -we bring trailer to desired location, prepare your site i.e.: rake area of debris, position picnic table, pick up any residual trash. Then we park and level trailer, extend slide, lower stabilizing jacks, hook up electrical, sewer hose and water. test all systems, start water heater and fridge. All you have to do is show up, have a great time, and then pack up and leave. NO Burning Man, or undeveloped campsites. Dry camping is fine as long as it is in a campground of sorts. Now that you are at the bottom of the description here are the rules. There is absolutely No smoking of any kind (420 included) inside my trailer. That smell never goes away and I will know. . Please close windows if you are having a campfire. (that smell never goes away) . If you are at the beach the sand is a problem so please try to sweep everyday. If something breaks just tell me. I am pretty handy and can fix most things on my own, this will keep the cost of the repair to a minimum. If the damage goes un-noticed then the situation usually gets worse then IMA-GENE has to go to the expensive service center...you get the point. Please no sneaking pets into the trailer. I'll know that too. Just ask first, we can decide upfront. Remind yourself that it's a trailer. It is not a house. Be gentle on cabinets and such. If you borrow our stuff, please put it back into the cabinet where you found it. I would hate to charge you for something "lost" only to find it a week later. KIDDOS-they like to touch things...everything really, can you remind them to not pet the walls. lol. little grubby fingers makes for extra cleaning. I always tell my kids that the camper is for sleeping only. This keeps them outside and isn't that was camping is for?
