Welcome to our trailer! This is the Flagstaff E-Pro E19FDS, and it is a perfect couple’s trailer. It is furnished with pretty much everything that you’ll need for your camping adventure. Here are the key characteristics: • Unloaded Vehicle Weight is 3,377 lbs • Fully loaded weight is 4,335 lbs maximum • Cargo carrying capacity is 958 lbs • The tongue weight is 435 lbs maximum • The length of the trailer, from the ball couple to the back of the bumper is 20.1 feet. • There is one slideout in the trailer, resulting in much more usable space inside. • Two adults can sleep comfortably on the main Murphy bed, plus one additional person on the dinette table when it’s converted into a bed. And note that we offer a 5% discount for all seniors over 55 and for military personnel and veterans. The discount is applied towards the daily, weekly, or monthly rental rates only. The maximum weight of 4,335 lbs. dictates that you’ll need a tow vehicle with at least 5,000 lbs capacity. Also, please make sure that your tow vehicle can support the 435 lbs tongue weight. We also have a detailed list of all items included in the rental, which we can e-mail you ahead of your adventure to aid in preparations. But, as mentioned above, we hope that the included items are sufficiently complete, so that you’d need only personal items plus food to go on your camping adventure. Here’s a partial list of what we provide: • Topped-off freshwater tank plus empty wastewater tanks • At least one full propane tank • Fully charged batteries • Four complete place settings • Set of pots and pans • Miscellaneous kitchen utensils, such as a spatula and corkscrew • Two camping chairs • Folding camping table • Kitchen towels • Consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and general-purpose cleaners • Cables and hoses to connect to shore power, water, and sewer hook-ups. Please let me know, if you think that anything useful is missing from the list. Thanks for considering renting our trailer! DELIVERY: We may be able to offer delivery of the trailer to your chosen location. This pretty much depends only on mutual scheduling constraints. As long as the delivery process works for both you and us, we’ll be happy to do it. The pricing is described in the listing. We also will deliver the trailer to a point immediately outside the community we live in free of charge. This will save you the effort to drive a couple of miles there and back on fairly narrow and unfamiliar roads. We’ll be happy to get the trailer back from you at the same location. OPTIONAL ITEMS: We offer optional items, which may not be useful for some renters, but could be used by others. These are: • Generator, available for a fee of $20 per day of rental, • Tongue mounted bike rack, available for $25 for the duration of rental • An external 200W solar panel, available for $35 for the duration of rental • Two six-gallon water storage containers, available for $15 for the duration of rental • One 15-gallon waste water storage tank, available for $25 for the duration of rental • A 10x10 foot E-Z Up canopy, available for $25 for the duration of rental • A four piece bed sheet set plus two towels, available for $20 for the duration of rental.
