Experience luxury camping with our 2020 Dutchman Voltage 39ft toy hauler, designed to provide ultimate comfort during your adventure. This spacious toy hauler is equipped with top-tier amenities, including (2) 305-watt solar panels, (2) Battle Born Lithium GC3 270ah batteries, and an AIMS 3000-watt inverter that powers the entire trailer (excluding air conditioners & electric fireplace - generator is required). You can run the microwave, tv's, heated / massage theater seats, a blow dryer, etc all without having the generator run up to approximately 8hrs pending amp draw. You’ll also have the reliability of an onboard Onan 5500-watt Generator, ensuring your stay is comfortable and worry-free. Stay out of the heat with (3) air conditioners that can run at the same time (generator is required for use). The trailer comes fully loaded with everything you need, from cooking utensils and bedding to a coffee pot and ice maker. This unit has a separate garage with 2 queen size happi-jack electric beds and a glass door to the main living quarters. The bottom bed can be converted to a spacious sofa seating with room for a table in-between. A TV is also mounted in the garage and the floor has tie down points in case you need to carry any additional cargo. The trailer is equipped with full audio system that can be adjusted for 3 separate zones (main living quarters, garage and exterior speakers). DVD, CD & Bluetooth stereo. Additional 12v USB outlets have been mounted throughout the unit to accommodate multiple device charging locations for all your devices. RV will come filled with 160 gallons of potable / filtered water, 14.2 gallons of propane and 15 gallons (half tank) of regular unleaded in the generator tank. Trailer will be cleaned and sanitized including all tanks (Black and Grey) will be emptied - ready for use. There is an auxiliary fuel tank / station that can hold an additional 20 gallons of regular fuel, if you wish to have this filled, please select the option when you go to reserve / book. We prefer to deliver and pickup the trailer to guarantee everything is setup and ready upon your arrival, however, if you wish to tow yourself, the vehicle must be equipped with an Anderson Hitch Assembly. .: Burning Man Rental 2026 :. Bookings between August 30, 2026 and September 8, 2026 will have an eight night rental minimum. We include $1,000 dollars worth of groceries. You just provide the list and we will shop and stock the camper so all you have to do is show-up with basic luggage. Price includes trailer delivery, setup and pick-up to the Black Rock City. I will have my own Burning Man Ticket and Vehicle pass. I have a connection to a high end artist camp that provide full hookups, every other day tank pumping and additional fresh water refills - let me know if your interested - this is an additional fee and is NOT included with the rental. Burning Man Tickets are NOT included with the RV rental price and must be obtained for each person planning on attending.
